Wild Food Fandango
SUNDAY JUNE 3RD, 2018
The Wild Food Fandango features 15 of the best chefs in Minnesota competing to create the crowd's favorite wild-themed food dish. Chefs will be selecting from an exciting array of wild products supplied by Gentleman Forager, and some additional proteins supplied by some of our great sponsors. Some of the greatest culinary minds in the state will be crafting one-of-a-kind plates, and that’s where you come in: step up and taste test each of the dishes before voting for your favorite chef to take home the coveted "Golden Morel"!
We also can't have great food without spectacular drinks and killer bands, right? We’re on it. The Fandango includes specialty "wild-crafted" cocktails, great beer from our friends at Fulton Brewery, incredible music from our headliner Frogleg with Black River Revue and Dirt Train along with Gypsy jazz phenom Sam Miltich and Friends for our VIP guests. The Keg and Case Market venue provides a spectacular backdrop to a unique day of incredible food, fantastic drinks and great music for everyone. Come celebrate the bounty of our Minnesota woods and waters with Gentleman Forager! Ticket cost is all-inclusive, covering music and tastings from all chefs. A portion of our proceeds will be donated to benefit the Huntington's Disease Society of America.
